This is a single-serve brewing system that introduces plastic-free, plant-based AltaRounds coffee pods, along with traditional K-Cup compatibility. Using an automated system, it reads a code on each AltaRounds pod to adjust water pressure, temperature, and brew style. It can delivers up to 10 bars of pressure for espresso-style drinks (like lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, and double espressos) as well as standard drip coffee and Americanos. There’s also an integrated milk frother system for hot and cold milk texturing. And yes, the Keurig Alta system lets you also use with K-Cup pods, so you can enjoy both from the same machine.
