One of the smallest and most useful travel LED lights I’ve ever seen.
It’s the Glocusent Mini Willow Book Light. It features 3 Colors for better reading, and 3 color temperatures allow you to set the perfect light for your task. The company says their “1800k amber light with 99% blue light filtered promotes melatonin production while reading, so you can drift off into a peaceful & restful sleep. The 3400k reading light reduces glare for enjoyable reading with no eye strain. The unique head cap emits a softer 6000k for a more immersive night reading—a must-own book light for joyful reading in bed.” And yes, it charges via USB-C! It has an 80hr runtime on the dimmest setting and a full charge. Great for travel it weighs just 1.4oz. For podcasts I always wanted a tiny light to view notes without being seen and this is the perfect one! Depending if you’re a Prime member or night the price varies from about $10.00 to $12.00.

Asus introduces a new feature rich laptop w/ dual displays!
You’ll see this impressive computer on this week’s show. When I first open the laptop, it looks like a typical laptop. Then I remove the magnetic liftoff Bluetooth keyboard to reveal a second 14” OLED monitor. The keyboard is back-lit at the touch of a button, with several light level choices. There’s even a built-in kickstand. The Intel Core Ultra 7-155H processor is paired with Intel Arc graphics to enhance tasks with AI capabilities. There’s 1TB SSD of storage and 16GB of RAM. Asus says their 75Wh battery provides up to 13.5 hours of video playback in Laptop mode and 10.5 hours in Dual Screen mode. And there are plenty of ports with Fast-Charge technology, accessible through the Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports. There’s even a full USB-A port which I already found a use for! See the Asus page on Amazon for the exact details. There are two models. The Ultra 7 CPU model has a MSRP of $1499.99. The Duo model with the Ultra 9 CPU is listed on the same page, but also came up as ‘unavailable’ on 3/24/24. But these models are new and popular so I assume both should be up on Amazon soon, or might even be there now when you check the link below.

There’s A Ship In My Bedroom!
I miss my boat and boating since the marina near me closed in 2021. So when I found this 3′ X 5′ background I had to buy it! It’s now my bed headboard!
Wow, I never knew about about these great inexpensive photo & video backgrounds. They’re from BELECO and they’re on Amazon. I bought the 5 x 3 ft Vintage Pirate Ship Fabric Backdrop one for my bedroom. It’s not exactly 3 X 5, but 59 inches x 39 inches. The company says the polyester fabric is is durable, reusable and can be washed and ironed. These backgrounds are great for holidays, parties, photography, even Zoom meetings. You can even use them as table cloths or decorations, etc. And they are inexpensive. I paid under $10 for the 5 X 3 foot size. Some scenes are available as big at 10’ X 20’! On this week’s show you’ll see the super effect using the pirate ship background, some Dennis Wunderlin art additions, and a bit of gadget lighting to make an amazing pirate ship come to life! When I saw the photo of this fun gadget on Amazon, I had to buy it! It works really well. Here are a few features via Amazon: The Dienmern Star Projector features 33 stunning light effects combined with twinkling green stars. Project it onto the walls or ceiling. It’s equipped with a HD lens for a clear and stunning projection. It comes with a remote control, but you can also control it with buttons on the lighted round base. Buttons on the remote control allows you to turn on/off the galactic lights or starlight, change the light mode, adjust the brightness and speed. You can also set the timer for 45 or 90 minutes. Or the Mecha Knight projector automatically turn off after 6 hours. I keep this running on my office wall and ceiling for quite a few hours a day. I like it lot! Under $30.
