Shoot Hoops Into The Night!
If you like playing hoops, darkness won’t matter! It’s the Funvip LED Basketball. It’s an official size (29.5″) basketball that can provide hours of glow in the dark fun. The company says to make sure to fully charge the ball before use. The kit includes the glow in the dark basketball, travel ball bag, handpump, ball needle and USB charging cable. As you’ll see on this week’s show, the ball’s LED goes off another about a minute of no-motion, but bounce it, and the light comes on instantly and stays on during play. Typical Amazon price is $29.99, but it was on sale for less on 5/3/25, but that price can change at any time.

ZipString Luma
ZipString is a mega hit that got a start on Shark Tank. At the show they announced they hit the “1 million units sold” mark. I had a demo of the original ZipString, but more impressive was seeing the ZipString Luma and its glow-in-the-dark magic. It comes with 5 strings with different lengths and colors. 3 Neon Strings and 2 Ultra glow strings. The magic is in Luma’s built-in black-light LED that charges the ultra glow string! With the seemingly endless glow, people can create shapes and tricks in the black-light and at night! And yes, both units charge with the way more convenient USB-C charging port!
