This sleep mask contains white noise and sleep inducing sound effects, like birds, ocean sound, fire, rain, etc. Bluetooth 5.2 connection, offers hands-free operation with built-in microphone. The sleeping mask is made of silk, which feels lightweight and breathable. I found it totally blocks out light and the sound is excellent, especially for price! You can even remove the speakers and mini control panel if you want to wash the mask. There’s even an auto off function with three time settings: 30 mins, 90 mins, 120 mins. My problem, which may not be yours. This mask does a lot of things, but mainly using just 3 buttons, so you’ll need to learn about ‘long press’ then ‘short press’, etc. and you’ll be doing it by feel since your eyes will be totally covered. But once you learn the steps for the features you need to use, I expect you’ll be satisfied, because the rating on his mask are really good and from they’re from thousands of customers.
