Dennis and I love pizza, and often have leftover slices. More than once I wondered if those ‘reheat and make it crispy’ trays really worked. So I bought one of those Microwave Pizza (& Bacon) Crispers. The elevated fins are said to help distribute heat evenly and keep the crust from getting soggy. The product description notes that “timing will vary depending on wattage of your microwave,” so you may need to adjust based on your specific microwave.
