Is This Really ‘World’s Easiest Programmable Universal Remote Control? We find out!
Dennis has an old Toshiba TV with a non-working volume control. He doesn’t want to new TV because he doesn’t like to update things. So when I read this Universal Remote couldn’t be any easier to program, I bought one for him. Never saw a remote like it. All the names of the major and minor TV brands are imprinted, each one on a different key. You turn the TV on, hold the “TV” button down on the remote, and press the corresponding remote key with your TV’s brand name on it. That’s all. And it worked. I pressed TV & the 6 key, which has “Toshiba printed under the six. The volume on the TV can now be used. Watch the video to see other things you can control BUT, there are no buttons to control a cable box! One remote is $7.99, or two for $13.98. I bought the two-pack.
