This is rare. Absolutely no one knew the answer! It’s a Valco Tube-Grip that greatly improves dispensing any material packaged in a flexible tube. Squeezes 96% of the contents out of a tube. Got 80% 5 star reviews on Amazon from more than 330 reviewers. Probably a bit heavy-duty for toothpaste tubes though! It’s about $25.00 on Amazon.
