A Look Back At The Worst Gadgets Chad & Dick Found in 2025
1. CHAD Finds A Vacuum That Has A Hand!
It’s the Eufy 3-in-1 Robotic Vac with Robotic Arm
Chad likes robotic vacuums, but this model has a folding hand that reaches out when it’s onboard camera sees something in the way.
It doesn’t work very fast and from it’s design it looks like it can only pick up certain things. Plus, it sells for about $2400.00!
UPDATE: It’s 2026 and I don’t see this Robotic Arm Vac anywhere on the web. I guess it’s ‘back to the drawing board’. But Eufy does off a huge array of robotic vacs on their website. But, I wouldn’t buy one right now, because at CES 2026 they’ll introduce their newest models.

2. DICK Tries and Buys A Portable Clothes Dryer
This device looked so interesting! It can dry shoes, dry clothes, warm hands, and unfortunately, catch on fire!
Watch my video to see how long it took the one I bought to start overheating and smelling bad! I should glanced at the reviews before I bought it. 2.6 our of 5 stars. But I was curious to see if it would be fun to demo on The Giz Fiz.

3. CHAD buys and tries the Scissor Mouse Paper Trimmer
This device is supposed to be to cut paper easily and safely.
You just run the mouse over the paper and device cuts it quickly. It worked a few times, but it seemed more oten to tear of shred the paper than actually cut it.

4. DICK buys and tries the HUAMWM, the Space-Saving Sink Storage Solution
This device is supposed to fasten to your kitchen sink faucet and provide a place to hold your sponge and maybe the soap.
But it’s big and it requires a certain kind of tall faucet to accommate the mounting bracket. It’s big and one sink we tried it on, it interfered with turning faucet all the way on.

5. CHAD Buys & Tries the Playology Electronic Ant Cat Toy
Turns out his cats would probably have more fun playing with the package than the dreadful Ant Cat Toy!
After just a few minutes of play Chad watched it stop working because a bit of cat hair jammed it!

6. DICK buys and tries the Black+Decker Comfort-Pak
This device you wear around your neck is supposed to keep you hot or cold.
On a very hot day it seemed to work for just about 10 minutes before the battery gave up. Almost $100 on Amazon when I first looked at it. But found it for $20 on Pulse TV. Still, not worth that much lower price.

7. CHAD buys the LED Gaming Chair Seating Pad.
And this $10 gadget from Five Below turns out to be a thin pad with some LED lights.
But all was not lost. Chad’s cats use for it naps.

8. DICK buys and tries the Electric Nail Clipper/Polisher.
This device looked very scary to people in the chatroom.
And after Dick tried it, he thought it was his wallet that got clipped. $18.99.
