The Final Two Fun Toys From Two NY Toy Press Events. I especially love this 1^st one!

No Battery, Bluetooth or WiFi, Kids Just Add Imagination!

It’s the Indoor/Outdoor Play with the Bluey Camping Activity Fort. I think this will be a lot of fun, especially for li’l Bluey fans! The camper-style play tent has 2 mesh windows, roll-up door and awning. The company says it comes loaded with accessories: play mat (with 2 sides of games), Bluey and Bingo puppets and 12 pieces of play food for “making smores,” skeeball, tic-tac-toe and more. The play tent (which looks like a RV Camper to me, is polyester; plastic tent poles and stakes included. Light uses 3 AAA batteries (not included). Assembly required. 60″ l x 38″ h x 30″ d (46″ with awning). Ages 3+. Due out in about a month, with a MSRP of $79.00. There’ll be a version with less accessories later on for about $49.99.

The folks at ToyLab offer this description of their sort of hard to pronounce – GraviBlocks: “Enhance your child’s spatial awareness and cause-effect learning abilities with GraviBlocks. Gaining hand-eye coordination, concentration, and an analytical problem-solving approach has never been easier.” (Remember the spokesperson said, these blocks are for 18 months old and up to 5 or 6 year of age. For the youngest, it would be with the help of their parents of course) I did like that the clever storage box has a lid that can be used as a building plate. Ever Hear Of A Pet Steam Brush?

Yes, it’s a thing I found on Amazon. The company says “an ordinary pet brush will cause floating hair to fly around when combing, but our spray cat brush will emit dense and fine mist when turned on, It prevents floating hairs from flying while also preventing static electricity caused by over-drying and removing accumulated dust and dirt from your pet’s coat. The steam brush for cats combines hair removal, mist spray, self-cleaning features to minimize tangled and knotted hair, helping you easily solve a variety of worries.” Things I found using the brush. The brush makes more of a mist, not steam. It converts water into spray; it does not heat the water. Does it work? I think it does. Watch this week’s show to see what our mascot dog, Charlie thinks about it! It was about $16.00 on Amazon when I bought mine.

1. Video can be ANYTHING about a gadget: I bought a piece of crap. I bought a gadget I love. I have an old gadget I can’t part with because it was ‘high tech’ years ago! Even a ‘What The Heck Is It? Gadget.

2. Videos should be just 2 to 3 minutes long in Horizontal Format! Low production value is fine, but we need to hear you and see your gadget clearly! You can be in the video if you like.

3. Post your Video on YouTube and click ‘unlisted’ when you upload it if you want, but not “Private” or we won’t be able to see it. Send us the URL link from YouTube.

4. If we show your video (and we show 99% of them) and live in the US or Canada you’ll also get an autographed current issue of MAD.) But no matter where you live outside of the US & Canada, I’ll autograph an Alfred E. Neuman photo to you, scan it & email you a high res image. Just print it out, frame it, or just hang it up and no one will know it’s a copy. We’ve tested it out and fans say they look terrific!
