On this week’s show we start with a gadget that make your room seem so cozy!

When I first saw this mini-LED fireplace on Amazon, I thought how good can this be for $9.99, but for under $10, I’ll check it out. Well, I loved it, and immediately bought a second one. In the 2 days between orders it went up to $14.99, but I think it’s still worth it. Here’s the description: Decorative Flickering Fireplace Lantern. Approximate size: 11.8” X 8.3” X 3 inches thick. Battery powered or powered by USB. Just put in 3 AA batteries or use USB with cable provided. (Batteries not included.) The fireplace light can be used as home decoration, night light, bedside light, romantic setting, table lamp, fireplace or children’s light. —- It looks warm and cozy, but it does not give off heat. I even powered mine via an external battery charger just to make sure it would work that way, and it does. You’ll see it in operation on this week’s show. Price as of 12/10/20 $14.99.

And Chad’s take: Chad liked these a lot, especially since he wanted to use them in the shower. The downside is the way you operate them. The entire surface of the earbud is touch sensitive and you have to remember long and short taps, and how many taps needed to perform the various functions. But Chad liked the case that can charge them and that the case itself can be wirelessly charged. (Which is why I bought a pair.) The price is LOW for the quality of the earbuds says Chad. $29.95 and sometimes there’s a discount option. There was 20% off on 12/11/20 but that could disappear at any time!

A local bookstore opened and Dennis & I thought we should stop in and buy something since bookstores are struggling, along with most other businesses these days. Not a fan of reading books, I guess I prefer writing them, Dennis and I figured we have to buy something. So we bought a few boxes of Kikkerland Silver String LED lights. It’s 20 LEDs mounted on a very fine wire with a timer. They’re battery operated and use 2 AA’s, not included. They look great and work great. For under the $7.95 we paid, we couldn’t figure out how it could include a timer, but it does. It’s a preset timer that you’ll learn all about on this week’s show.

This is probably a great gifts for kids or adults who love Oreos! Watch this week’s show to see how to use the Oreo Dunk Set With Tongs and Cookies. And Chad’s take: Chad bought his Oreo Kit at Five Below for $5.00. He thought this was a fun gift for the Oreo lover, especially at $5.00. There are other version with maybe a few more Oreos and a glass mug for $20!! Chad doesn’t think it’s worth anything priced that high.
