From the Giz Wiz: It definitely helped improve my posture. Even when I forget to wear it I feel like I better keeping standing up straight or I’m going to feel the slight buzzer on my back. If you buy the necklace to wear the device over clothing, it’s best to set the buzzer to strong. You can also set the buzzer to 5, 15, 30 seconds, or one minute before it buzzes to let you know you’re slouching. I find it very helpful, especially with the necklace/lanyard option that elimates the need to stick it to your back. That’s not as bad as it sounds. I did that for many months before the necklace/lanyard came out recently. MSRP $79.99 + about $18 for the necklace. There’s also a newer less expensive model S with one sensor, as opposed to two in the priced model. They are often on sale, so check back often if you’re interested. I bought my Upright Go 2 for $53.00 on sale, plus $18 for the necklace/lanyard. More than 4500 ratings give it 4.1 out of 5 stars on Amazon.

It does give off a lot of (cold white) light, fine for a workspace, but probably not for a living area. Mine is indoors, I don’t know how this would fair outside. The company uses the box for lots of their products because my box says “RGB, Bluetooth, Music” and it has none of those.

Chad’s third cheap time keeping gadget is the SHARP Projection Alarm Clock with Sleep Sounds.  —  So, how sharp is the SHARP Projection Alarm Clock with Sleep Sounds? From the company: It offers the option to display the time on your ceiling or wall with the 90° adjustable projection arm. Fall asleep to your choice of eight different soothing sleep sounds. Featured sounds include: Campfire, Thunder, Rain, Ocean, White Noise, Fan, Stream and Rain Forest. The clock has dual alarms giving you the option to set two separate alarm times. This clock is electric operated; the battery backup is used for storing the time and alarm settings if the power is interrupted. Dimensions: 6. 85 x 4. 2 x 4. 5.

And Chad’s take? Chad liked most things about this clock. That you could set two seperate alarms, and important to him, you can control the brightness of the LCD clock screen. He was a little disappointed that some of the 8 built-in sounds loop quickly with a notice ‘edit’ sound. Also he thought you might be a bit limited in aiming the projected time on the wall or ceiling. But, at about $22, this wasn’t all bad.
