On this week’s show, we compare two stack-able Storage Boxes that are miles apart in price!
On last week’s show I did a really neat folding storage bin that was $36.00 . Then I saw the KLONVS Folding Storage Bins priced at $24.99, for two!! I had to buy them to compare.
These storage are lightweight and made of somethin the company calls “eco-friendly PP+HIPS+PS that makes the storage boxes lightweight, durable, sturdy, washable, impact-resistant and easy to clean.” Okay, they are lightweight, so lightweight they feel a bit flimsy. However when you put on the locking ring, they feel much sturdier. It’s easier to show you how they look and feel out of the box, and how they look when set up. The set up takes maybe 2 to 3 minutes. Like the more expensive one, these collapsible storage bins can be stacked on top of one another. But of course, you’ll only be able to open the top cover of the top bin when stacked. Four moving wheels attached at the bottom makes them easy to move (But only in one direction as the wheels don’t rotate.) See through doors allow you to identify most items without having to open them. Two of the dimensions of the storage boxes are almost exactly the same, but these cheap ones are 2” deeper for a bit more storage. I paid $24.99 for 2 of them. I’d say they’re look and feel less sturdy than the ones I demoed on last’s week show, that a single one of those storage boxes was $36.
