What if you go to the store and can’t remember if you have milk in your refrigerator. Well if you have FridgeCam 2, you can find that out. It’s said to be a money-saver by turning any fridge into a smart fridge. The camera is powered by a battery said to last up to 3 months. A gyro triggers the camera to take a photo of what’s in fridge every time the door closes. It’s designed to help you avoid buying more of stuff you already have. And (I have no idea how it does this) the coming FridgeCam app says it will do all the work for you, by adding items from your inventory to the shopping list when you run out of them. You’ll even be able to integrate it with Amazon Fresh for one-click checkouts.Chad’s not sure how that app will work either, but it’s not available yet. As you’ll see on this week’s show, Chad and the spokesperson are talking about the new version FridgeCam2, which wasn’t on the company website for pre-order as of 1/27/23. (The earlier version is still for sale there.) Fridgecam2 MSRP: $99 Later in the year they’ll be a FridgeCam mini at about $69.00.
