Mo Torres, our most loyal fan, has been digitizing lots of my old on-air video tapes and DVD’s. Since I have so many DVD’s I thought I buy an external player for my Legion computer. I want one that might included some extra ports since I’m running put out of inputs on my computer. The external DVD/CD drive said to be newly released by Origbelie is a good solution. No need for additional drivers, it was just Plug and Play. This external drive can not only burn and read a CD or DVD, but it also can be used as an external USB hub. It features 1 USB 3.0 port, 3 USB 2.0 ports, 1 TF slot ,1 SD card slot and 1 USB C Port. I believe the USB C port is there in case you need to add more power when using it with a laptop. The company says their drive is compatible with windows11/10/8/7, mac os and Linux. But it’s NOT COMPATIBLE with Chromebook, Surface, or Blue-ray. It was under $26 on Amazon, 8/28/25.
