Yes, that gadget is the Sea Urn!
What’s for? It’s used “For Committals At Sea”! Dennis & I plan on using this urn when we finally pass on. We want our ashes mixed with the ashes of our past beloved deceased pets, and put into the Sea Urn. Then, after a few words from Captain Ed, the Urn goes into the Ocean or the Hudson River, where it will desolve into a harmless substance rather quickly. In the past few days I couldn’t find anything about the Sea Urn company online because the Urn dates back 20 years or more. I believe it was $150.00 back then. Turns out Amazon has lots of Biodegradable Eco Burial Urns and Biodegradable Water Urns “For Ocean Scattering.” They range in price from about $16.00 to over $150.00.
