Chad’s second cheap kitchen gadget is the MyMini Deep Fryer.
As Chad pointed out, this compact mini-deep fryer has a small 1.5-quart capacity. So this could be perfect for small kitchens, apartments, RVs, even boats. You control the heat oil temps from 120F to 400F with a front dial control. It has a wire basket and closing lid, but Chad warns that the lid area can get hot while in use. You’ll see Chad make fried potatoes for one, but he said they tasted great. Surprising the Mini Deep Fryer was under $14 at Walmart.
