Giz Wiz fans know I never owned a car (but owned 26 boats!) But, even though I’m not a ‘car person’, I can say I really like the look of the new Honda Afeela 1. It’s the first electric vehicle from Sony Honda Mobility, merging Sony’s tech with Honda’s manufacturing ability.
Chad, who’s owned a Telsa for years, likes the advanced sensing for Level 2+ autonomy, and the huge panoramic display dash. According to the company, And I remember correctly, it has something like two dozen cameras watching everything around you, and inside the car too. It was features a dual-motor AWD, 300-mile range target, and a starting price around $90k-$100k. Deliveries are planned for California starting late 2026.
