It’s a subject people often don’t talk about, but I’ll mention it here as it applies to this Dremel tool. I, Chad and most in the chatroom didn’t know about this Pet Nail Trimming tool. Trimming nails on a pet, and on people too, can be difficult. I think that’s especially true for older people. I wondered if an older person could use a regular Dremel tool to trim them. Most online advice I read said: “NO and DON’T DO IT! But in one of the comments, I read that Dremel makes a version of their tool for trimming a pet’s nails. And reading the reviews, it turns out that many pet owners said they have used it on their own nails. You’ll learn more about this tool on this week’s show with a mini demo on my finger nails. The pet tool is the Dremel 7350-Pet. It’s a 4-Volt Cordless Rotary Tool Kit with a single speed. They also offer the Dremel 7350 (shown in photo), which seems to have the exact same specs as the Pet version, but has slightly different accessories included in the kit. It also costs about $12 less than the Pet version.
