This was one of the weirdest “What The Heck Is It?” gadgets ever. I really didn’t understand it when I first saw a photo of it on Amazon, so I bought one to see exactly what it did. It’s the Cocosun Waist Fan, a combination fan, external battery charger (via the built-in 10000 mAh battery), an LED light, an SOS light, and Emergency Beacon. The 3-speed portable cooling fan is designed so it that can be used INSIDE your tee-shirt. Yes, it’s all very weird. Even Chad couldn’t see exactly what this was designed for.
