The BonBowl has two parts, the induction cooktop base and a specially designed bowl that fits on top of it. What’s clever is that you cook and eat out of the bowl. That cuts down on the cooking space and clean up time. Because it uses induction, which is sort of cooking with magnets, the cooking surface doesn’t get hot and the heat is trapped inside the bowl, reducing the chance of burns or fires while cooking.
